Maps for Clan Matches de_dust2 de_inferno de_nuke de_train de_cbble de_cpl_mill

The most played maps in clan matches are de_dust2 de_inferno de_nuke de_train de_cpl_mill. The reason for this is the simplicity and and the number of routes connecting Bomb Site 1 to Bomb Site 2. The number of routes connecting Bomb Site 1 and 2 are very important and it decides how the map is benefiting CTs or Ts. The optimal number of routes between the two Bomb sites is the key. It should not be more and nor it should be less.

Also the difference in the distances between the two bomb sites will matter a lot. If one of the routes is too short and other is too long, no CT prefers to go from the longer route. This is how to matters.

While designing a map (it can be done with Valve Hammer Editor) you never need to worry about these parameters, but the final map whether it will be a good map or not depends on its own parametrise.

Also the visibility and simplicity will matter a lot. The maps which have the out door visibility are preferred more than roaming around inside a building.

Obviously, the two Bomb Sites should be near to the CTs than Ts.

de_dust2:
Has outdoor view, simple and not many Boxes and stuff. Just some simples open routes and some elevations. Three openings into the bomb sites. Good cover in the Bomb Sites. No ladders.

de_inferno:
Has outdoor view, not too simple and little extended routes. Some closed routes and Hall Ways. Small and Less number of rooms. Four and Three openings into the bomb sites. Good Cover in the Bomb Sites. Some small and large Corridors and Balconies. Some roofs.

de_nuke:
Long routes at the beginning and a wide route at the left of CTs. two bomb sites are indoor places with good cover and camping spots. Four inlets into each bomb sites.

de_train:
Advantageous to those who ever are in the bombsites not because of the cover but because of the visibility. Good sniping points. Good for snipers.

de_cbble:
The two Bombsites are very near to the CTs. Advantageous to cover both with out any loss of time travelling from one site to other. One wide opening from T spawn to CT spawn and a narrow indoor routes on the both sides, one leading to A and other leading to B.

de_cpl_mill:
Bombsites are just beside CT spawn. The better part is the tunnels which lead to both the bombsites with diversions inside the tunnel itself. Good cover in both the bombsites with not too many camping spots.
