Transprent Walls Hacks and Cheats in Counter Strike 1.6, Condition Zero and Source

What are these Hacks and Cheats:
Counter Strike has some number of cheats which can be injected in to the mods like Counter Strike 1.6, Condition Zero, Counter Strike: Source with external third party applications. These cheats will change the clients gameplay and allows him to get some advantages like the following,

Transperent walls allow you to see through walls. Anti-recoil cheat allows you to shoot a target without any recoil. These cheats cannot be run on Valve Anti Cheat Servers. This is VAC Protection. You can see this VAC as a check box in Half-Life Dedicated Server.
