RSX is a Graphics Processor for PlayStation3 jointly developed by NVIDIA and Sony Computer Entertainment. RSX is for PlayStation3 as NV2A is for Xbox. RSX is referred as Reality Synthesizer and is based on NVIDIA GeForce 7800 Architecture.
With gaming taking the lead day by day in the digital world, there is a need for such kind of developments in electronics. The main factor being cost, it is much more important to increase the technology to greater extents to reduce the prices of the consoles.
