EA Games Need For Speed XIII releasing in 2009

The game Need For Speed has brought a revolution in gaming from the very first game of its series. Thanks to EA Games.

Need For Speed XIII the thirteenth in its series releasing in 2009. The release date is not yet announced but the game is expected to release this year. It is well known for all the gamers that the most successful out of all the games in the series Need For Speed of EA Games is Need For Speed Most Wanted. Need For Speed Most Wanted was so successful that it has redefined the racing games. The concept was new enough and the game play is too good to be forgotten and would be remembered for ever.

Whats so cool about Need For Speed Most Wanted? Technical details and the game play are known for all the gamers. What about the luck factor? Yes Need For Speed Most wanted is lucky enough to be such a big hit. The key is that it is the 9th game in its series. The number 9 is considered to be very lucky in many countries.

After this NFSMW, there are three more games released NFS Carbon, NFS Prostreet, NFS Undercover. But none of these, atleast for now, is so cool as NFSMW. May be the luck turns to NFS Undercover in the future.

But let us hope that Need For Speed XIII is going to be the best of all the games in its series. Also, there must be whole new features for the game to make it a big success. The gamers have had enough with the previous concepts in NFSMW and NFS Undercover. Its time for some new challenges.

Also, the game should also needs to have some technical advantages like running in reasonable PCs instead of demanding the latest in its time of release.

Let us hope the Minimum System Requirements if not more.

Operating System: Windows XP/Vista latest Service Pack
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz or AMD equivalent
RAM: 2 GB or 1GB with 1GB Video Card RAM
Graphic Card: nVIDIA GeForce 6500 or ATI Radeon 9500

But what is more important is the graphical appearance of the game which should be taken care of when designing the game. The problem with NFS Undercover was that the game was not appearing cool even at a resolution of 1024x768x32 at graphical settings with all high detail. The game appears best when there is no areas where the screen shows some pixel form of edges.

The key is will the 13th beat the 9th in the Need For Speed Series of EA Games. Await the Game NFS XIII.
