Scout is a Rifle which has zoom feature. It just looks like a smaller version of sniper. There is a definite and good advantage of scout and it is the most unique weapon in all.
Scout is faster than a Knife
A player can move fast with knife in hand. But with a scout in hand he can move faster. If you cant believe it, you can see it by yourself by using cheats and knowing the speed of each weapon. The speed with knife is 250 and that with scout is 260.
While using the cheats you can also observe another fact that while moving the mouse right and left the speed of the player increases.

Age of Empires The Conquerors Unit Attributes and Attack Bonus
In AOE the attributes shown for each player in the bottom bar are the statistics of the unit and will decide the strength and power and agility of the unit. The following explanation will give you a good idea of what the attributes are about.
If a unit has 100HP it means that he can take 100 points of damage at maximum. And the attack power of that unit says the number of enemy hit points he can reduce in a single hit. The armour given would be in 2 parts. One is for normal close attack and other is for arrows or ranged attack. The armour points indicate the number points he can shield when the enemy is attacking. Like if the enemy attacks with 9+4 points, out of the 13 hit points, the armour saves some hit points and that depends up on the armour points. If the armour of a unit is 2+3/3+4 and the attack of the enemy is 9+4, then the hit points reduced would be 13-5=8. So for each attack the hit points reduced for this unit will be 8.
In some cases there would be some bonus attack of a unit to another unit. Then the unit can do more than the indicated damage to the enemy unit or any building. For example, a pikeman with 6+4 attack power can do more than 10 damage to the paladin or an elephant.

The LAN gamers of IITs and NITs
As a part of the title, I can say, there is a lot to learn by gaming. And hence there is a word called noob. I used to wonder why some one is called a noob after playing the game so many times. Its because, there are some 'x' number of parameters which decide how you play a game, and there exists a definite number 'y', y less than x which is needed to survive the game. And the number of parameters which one can know playing a game with out the support of the second person is most probably 'z', and z less than y.
What makes the IITians and NITians not the best but better players? Its the co-operation. I am not saying this, but, a crowd in a mass considers NITians to be more talented than many others. And when such a mind goes mad about something it results in a definite absolute outcome which could be the (best-1) solution. And when 2 such (best-1) solutions are shared and compared, there could be a (best-0.1) solution. I always leave the best to the one(might not be in any school even).
Finally the LAN of the NITs and IITs is an enormous library of such solutions and you can get tips on almost all the multipayer games. If you are in such a library, you can see the knowledge radiating out of your PCs. Thats what a world of gaming is. More over there is a class room fot the direct meeting and discussion for all the gamers.
In the 4 years of true education, you are going to emerge out as the best gamer. After all those are just games and so is life.

Ubisofts Splinter Cell 2 and Stealth - Whats Good and Whats Bad
There is nothing wrong with Ubisofts Splinter Cell 2 unless you hate the word stealth to hit your ears as many times as it would. I hope you understood what I say. Yeah! The game is good enough with all the stuff like, an InfraRed Imaging System, a Thermal Imaging System, a normal View. There are lot of things in the game with the feats and the actions done, but the only problem is the stealth. The game focuses on stealth so much that it never wants to lose the player in the hands of the enemies. So the conclusion is that it should have been organized better.
My friend was playing the game, he was quiet enthusiastic to see such a game by ubisoft with all his previous attraction towards the ubisofts games. he dint play the first Splinter Cell though. He was good the beginning and suddenly he stopped and uninstalled the game. When I asked him the reason why he did so, he just said stealth is a word I hate now.
The above case shows that not all the gamers around the world are very patient and skilled and talented to crack something as early as it gets on to them. This is the time when they try for the cheats. So yeah, I thought, hence there are cheats made officially.
If you ask someone what made you quit splinter cell, I guess atleast 50% say its the word stealth.

Silenced Weapon Mod - for GTA San Andreas
The game GTA San Andreas has a mod which can change a noisy gun to a silenced one. The technical description given for it is that it changes the tec9 with an MP9. This mostly should be a silencing method of the firing gun. This mod would allow the task performances where there is a lot of stealth needed.
A mod is something which could vent out any bored feelings seeping into your mind if you are playing a particular game for more than some 100 hours with no large gap. ::). It so boring to play a game which is completed and there is nothing more to do. If you feel so, that is the very time for you to search for a new mod to play for that game.
Anyways, there are many more mods which are much more interesting in the game GTA San Andreas. These mods would allow a lot of changes in the game which could change the game to a real time Hollywood movie. The Hancock mod previously explained is one of such mods. There is a SuperTuxedo, CLEO, Super CJ mode etc... See the hancock.txt for more. You could make a Hancock movie in the game. :).
And do inform some of the best mods here...

Age of Empires the Conquerors MultiPlayer Online via TCP/IP
The game can be played online via TCP/IP if the IP of a host is known anywhere in the world, the requirement is the IP address of the server. Which can be given at anyplace on the net. The problem is the right time. The server will just wait for some 10 minutes and then he would stop the server.
There are many methods of exchanging IP adresses. Where eber you go for public chat, you can call soeone from there and give him the IP of your server to play via TCP/IP. The problem again with this is that the opponent may not be equally skilled.
The famous gamespy arcade is also helpful just to give the information of the server that is the IP address of the server and the remaining part is just to put the IP in the Age of Empires game.
To put the IP of the server in the age of empires game, go to the multiplayer option and select the last but one option, that is Internet TCP/IP. Now just press the showgames button and then give the IP address of the server you got from the internet. A game will be shown in the box below that showgames button then join the game.

Play Age of Empires Conquerors and Counter Strike 1.6 Multiplayer Online
There are many methods to play multiplayer games online. The best method is to use Game Spy Arcade. But there are some drawbacks with Game Spy Arcade like it cannot be used in institutions where the ports are blocked most of the times.
Also, there is a need to install the Game Spy Arcade software. One more this is you need to create a Game Spy Arcade account for joining the Game Spy Arcade.
Here, all you need to join the game using the IP given. So the input you are waiting for is just IP. So, you need to just chat some where to get the IP of the game host.
