Ubisofts Your Shape for Wii a Body Tracking Technology

Project Natal is for Xbox 360, Sony has its own Motion Control for PS3. And now the Ubisoft is putting forward Your Shape this will detect the body fitness and other features by Body Tracking Technology and transfers it to the TV. This will help in interactive communication.

Now this has brought the Ubisoft too into the competition with Sony and Microsoft. And ultimately which one is going to be the best is the unknown answer. Ofcourse Ubisfot is not going to compete with the remaining two this time but definitely it is going to take a good seat in the game.

Ubisoft's Body Movement Detection at E3 2009

Its a body tracking technology where a camera detects the body movements of the players and body fitness to create an interactive environment. Also, Sony also is said to release a motion controller.

The body movement detection is the next generation of gaming if considered the games like Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed, THQ's UFC 2009 etc, where the users use no weapons. The kicks and shots used are going to be greatly based on the true power. Its a new step and an intelligent step to take in the Gaming World.

Assassin's Creed Jerusalem Crash Fix and Latest Patch

As reported at Rock,Paper,Shotgun, the pre-release has some bugs and wont load the full game. The crash may be a purposeful one or may not be. But it is a good strategy to play. But it would result in some negative impression on the publisher as the gamers face the unexpected crashes in the game.

As reported here at Gamespot the OEM allowed one of the employees to leave with a copy of the disc who posted it on the internet.

So the fix for the Assassins Creed's jerusalem crash would be to get a new patch for the game. But how could it possibly prevent the piracy as everyone can get the patch.

The latest patch from the Ubi is Update 1.02. And these are the fixes in the patch,

* Fixed a rare crash while riding the horse in Kingdom

* Fixed a corruption of Altair’s robe on certain graphics hardware

* Cursor is now centered when accessing the Map

* Fixed a few problems with Alt-Tab

* Fixed a graphical bug in the final fight

* Fixed a few graphical problems with dead bodies

* Fixed pixellation with post-FX enabled on certain graphics hardware

* Fixed a small bug in the DNA Menu that would cause the image to disappear if the arrow was clicked rapidly

* Fixed some graphical corruption in Present Room with low Level Of Detail

* Character input is now cancelled if the controller is unplugged while moving

* Added support for x64 versions of Windows

* Fixed broken post-effects on DirectX 10.1 enabled cards

Ubisofts Splinter Cell 2 and Stealth - Whats Good and Whats Bad

There is nothing wrong with Ubisofts Splinter Cell 2 unless you hate the word stealth to hit your ears as many times as it would. I hope you understood what I say. Yeah! The game is good enough with all the stuff like, an InfraRed Imaging System, a Thermal Imaging System, a normal View. There are lot of things in the game with the feats and the actions done, but the only problem is the stealth. The game focuses on stealth so much that it never wants to lose the player in the hands of the enemies. So the conclusion is that it should have been organized better.

My friend was playing the game, he was quiet enthusiastic to see such a game by ubisoft with all his previous attraction towards the ubisofts games. he dint play the first Splinter Cell though. He was good the beginning and suddenly he stopped and uninstalled the game. When I asked him the reason why he did so, he just said stealth is a word I hate now.

The above case shows that not all the gamers around the world are very patient and skilled and talented to crack something as early as it gets on to them. This is the time when they try for the cheats. So yeah, I thought, hence there are cheats made officially.

If you ask someone what made you quit splinter cell, I guess atleast 50% say its the word stealth.

Naruto Multiplayer Game should be developed by EA Games

Naruto Series has introduced some great skills and some great concepts to the world. The story line and the concepts introduced are very great. These kinds of stories can be made into games.

A good 3D game should be developed based on Naruto Series. This would make it much more famous than the Naruto Series itself. But the only problem is, the game if released in the time when series is still going on, there would be little imbalances. So may be the developers are waiting for the same, series to get completed.

If such a game is designed and developed it looks so cool to use all the powers in the game like the Chidori, Rasengan, Sharingan, Mangekyu Sharingan, Byakugan etc... with characters like all the ninja characters in Naruto Series.

These powers should be well supported by the graphics in the game. This would be really cool and the gamers around the world are already awaiting the chance.

The graphics for this game would be very well suited if the developer is Ubisoft. But keeping the multiplayer mode in view it would be better if the game is developed and published by EA Games.
