Adobe Premier vs Windows Movie Maker for editing Game Videos

Game Videos require very fair quality of the video, since there are many smaller things to be shown in the game. Especially in games like counter Strike, the cross hire shown is of just one pixel wide and it takes very high quality to show it. The quality output in Windows Movie Maker is maximum 2Mbps but thec clarity is not so convincing. Adobe Premier is far better in quality but it takes too much time for compilation of the video.

Windows Movie Maker
  • Quality output max is 2Mbps.
  • Processing Time for the video is normal.
  • Video editing is very easy.
  • Video transitions are good.
  • Good for non-technicals and non-professional video editors.
Adobe Premier
  • The Quality of the output appears to be better than that of Windows Movie Maker
  • Processing time for the Video Output is very high. Almost a second per frame (Adobe Premier 6.0).
  • Video editing is easy.
  • Video transitions are good.
  • Good for technical and professional editors.
On complete sense, Adobe premier is giving a better output. But the processing time for giving the video output is too much. Since the output to the web goes much worse, we can conclude that Widows movie maker is the best solution for video editing.
