StatsMe 2.8.3 an Addon for MetaMod for Counter Strike 1.6/CZ in Game Statistics Display

What is StatsMe:

You might have seen many Counter Strike 1.6 Stats pages on the web in many websites. That can be done by PsychoStats package which allows the Counter Strike server administrator put the stats in the web. It would not show any stats in game while you are playing the game or spectating. But no worry! Here is another package which allows you to see stats in game for Counter Strike 1.6/CZ. It is StatsMe. StatsMe 2.8.3 is the current latest version of StatsMe released. This is an addon/plugin used for MetaMod. This plugin does not require AMX Mod X and both are two seperate plugins for MetaMod. And MetaMod is again an addon for Counter Strike and all of its Versions like CS1.6, CSCZ, CSS.

How to Install StatsMe:

Firstly you need to have metamod installed in your Counter Strike installation. If you have installed AMX Mod X or Admin Mod previously, then you will have the MetaMod installed. Else, to check this out, just go to your Counter Strike installation folder and see for cstrike. You should have a folder named addons, in your cstrike. Then go to addons and you should see folder named metamod. This MetaMod is what we are talking about. Or if you dont have the metamod folder see the section below,

MetaMod Installation:

Download the metamod.dll file from http://www.metamod.org/ you will get a zip file extract it and paste the metamod.dll file in cstrike\addons\metamod\dlls. You need to create the metamod folder and addons as you dont have them previously.

Now, you need to edit the liblist.gam file. For complete explanation search for the post "Editing liblist.gam file" in this blog posts. Or I'll give you explanation very briefly.

Open Cstrike\liblist.gam with notepad, add the line gamedll "addons\metamod\dlls" in place of gamedll "dlls\mp.dll"

StatsMe Installation:

1. Download the package from the link given in this blog posts. Or go for the keyword download StatsMe 2.8.3 Latest in google search.
2. Once you get the package, extrat it to some folder.
3. Copy the statsme folder to addons folder, paste it in the folder where metamod is.
4. Now open metamod folder and add a file named plugins.ini
5. Open the file with notepad
6. Add this line win32 addons\statsme\dlls\statsme_mm.dll
7. Thats it when you start the game, you can see statsme stats.
8. Stats are displayed after the end of the round.

StatsMe Commands:

You can get the statsme menu when you give the command statsme_menu in the console. But it asks you password. So, first give the command "sm_menu_password pass" and then "statsme_menu pass". This should show you menufront type of menu. You can configure statsme with that menu.

Maps for Clan Matches de_dust2 de_inferno de_nuke de_train de_cbble de_cpl_mill

The most played maps in clan matches are de_dust2 de_inferno de_nuke de_train de_cpl_mill. The reason for this is the simplicity and and the number of routes connecting Bomb Site 1 to Bomb Site 2. The number of routes connecting Bomb Site 1 and 2 are very important and it decides how the map is benefiting CTs or Ts. The optimal number of routes between the two Bomb sites is the key. It should not be more and nor it should be less.

Also the difference in the distances between the two bomb sites will matter a lot. If one of the routes is too short and other is too long, no CT prefers to go from the longer route. This is how to matters.

While designing a map (it can be done with Valve Hammer Editor) you never need to worry about these parameters, but the final map whether it will be a good map or not depends on its own parametrise.

Also the visibility and simplicity will matter a lot. The maps which have the out door visibility are preferred more than roaming around inside a building.

Obviously, the two Bomb Sites should be near to the CTs than Ts.

de_dust2:
Has outdoor view, simple and not many Boxes and stuff. Just some simples open routes and some elevations. Three openings into the bomb sites. Good cover in the Bomb Sites. No ladders.

de_inferno:
Has outdoor view, not too simple and little extended routes. Some closed routes and Hall Ways. Small and Less number of rooms. Four and Three openings into the bomb sites. Good Cover in the Bomb Sites. Some small and large Corridors and Balconies. Some roofs.

de_nuke:
Long routes at the beginning and a wide route at the left of CTs. two bomb sites are indoor places with good cover and camping spots. Four inlets into each bomb sites.

de_train:
Advantageous to those who ever are in the bombsites not because of the cover but because of the visibility. Good sniping points. Good for snipers.

de_cbble:
The two Bombsites are very near to the CTs. Advantageous to cover both with out any loss of time travelling from one site to other. One wide opening from T spawn to CT spawn and a narrow indoor routes on the both sides, one leading to A and other leading to B.

de_cpl_mill:
Bombsites are just beside CT spawn. The better part is the tunnels which lead to both the bombsites with diversions inside the tunnel itself. Good cover in both the bombsites with not too many camping spots.

How to install Amx Clan Match Deluxe plugin for cs1.6

AMX Clan Match Deluxe allows you to host a clan match server which will guide the players on its own. It runs over AMX Mod X. Its features include,

1. Main Menu for the Plugin
2. Game Type selection menu via Max Rounds, Max Time, Max Score
3. Menu of Config Selection for Loading
4. Reads the given Clan Tags.
5. Game setup with a single command apart from menu.
6. Warmup Round
7. Starts the knife round when everyone says ready
8. Auto Knife in Knife Round
9. Menu for team selection for Winners of knife round.
10. Score Display at the bottom of the screen.
11. Auto team swap for half-time.

Setting up Amx Clan Match Deluxe,

1. Download the package
2. Extract the package
3. Relate the folders of package with the CS1.6 installation. They will be same.
4. Just copy and paste the folders into your installation of CS1.6
5. Go to scripting folder in amxmodx of addons.
6. run compile.exe
7. You will get a new file in the folder compiled with the name amx_clan_match_deluxe.amxx or what ever it is.
8. Paste this in the plugins folder of amxmodx.
9. Open cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs\plugins.ini
10. Add the file name what ever it is at the end ex: amx_clan_match_deluxe.amxx
11. Save the file and Start the game.

You can get the menu in the amxmodmenu at the end, or you can directly get it by typing amx_clan_matchmenu or what ever it is, in the console.

The command directly with out the use of menu is

AOE Scenarios CBF, Mini CB and Rambit CB

There are many scenarios which are played online in many communities, but the most played scenarios are only some like Rambit CB, Mini CB and CBF.

Rambit CB:
What are we Given?
In this scenarios you will be given 4 kings a king at the super hero store, three castles, many towers in the middle of the map, a house guard looks like william wallace/champion a house a wonder and unlimited resources. All you need to do is to protect the wonder present in between two of your castles and destroy the other players' wonders. You can only create your unique units based on the civilization you get.

**Why are kings useful?
You can buy powers using your kings. Its like they are the money. You send them to some store which you like to have, they dissapear and that power or unit will be given to you.

Additional Kings
For every 50 kills you will get a king and for every 2 razings you will get a king.

**What are Razings?
Razings are the number of building destructions. And also please note that a Gate will be consodered a razing but not a wall.

Aiming towards success:
You can use the kings to buy more powerful units and powers, but you need to be wise while selecting the unit to buy. Wait and buy a better unit or go on buying cheaper units.

**What are respawning units?
Respawning means they spawn at the spawn point after they are killed. Its like they take birth again if they are killed. But they are created at the base and not where they are killed.

The Towers:
You will get the towers in the middle of the map. So protect them as far as you can. they will help your archers garisson and fire arrows. Try to destroy your enemies' towers first, so that you can have the control over the Middle Hill.

The Middle Hill:
This place, the middle hill will allow you to gain hitpoints and attack strength to the units who ever go there. It also hepls to power up the heros faster.

The Herald:
The Herald is considered to be most powerful and when you get the herald first it means that you are going to win.

The House Gaurd:
The house gaurd will go on strengthening untill you save the house in front of your gate. If you lose your house, the house gaurd stops powering up. So this also means that you should destroy the enemy house as early as possible.

Mini CB:
This is scenario in which you will be given two castles and unlimited resources. Two respawning palladins and a hero are given. The hero goes on powering up with time. You need to destroy the enemy castle buildings. You will get kings to buy units and powers if the scenario is Mini CB Store Version.

CBF:
You are given 7 Castles and you need to destroy the other players' 7 castles. Unlimited resources. And Villagers at 500 and 600 kills with 1500 hit points. No kings to buy any powers. You can build Seige Buildings, Barracks, Archery Ranges, Stables and Towers but no Castles.
