There are many topics around the web about PS3 wireless controller synchronization issue. If your controller and wireless headset are using same frequency, try to switch of your wireless headset for a try. Counter Strike Joystick, Keyboard and Mouse

As you know you can have joystick for gaming in Counter Strike. So there can be a great difference between the joystick play and Keyboard and mouse play.

The main controls being Look around, fire, jump, reload, the better idea would be to practice the game with Keyboard and Mouse itself.
