Create a folder named ThemeCompDir (no need of caps) in themes folder. Give this folder path in that themes compiled directory. Next, it asks images absolute directory. Give the absolute directory of the folder, if you dont know the absolute directory, ask the hosting provider, it must be well known to the other members atleast. it will be like /home/volume/.../... etc.
So theme compile directory will be - /home/some/path/site/htdocs/stats/themes/ThemeCompDir - (no need of caps)
Images abolute directory path: /home/some/path/site/htdocs/stats/img/
Images abolute URL: http://stats.example.com/img/
Images:flags abolute directory path: /home/some/path/site/htdocs/stats/img/flags
Images:flags abolute URL: http://stats.example.com/img/flags
Images:icons abolute directory path: /home/some/path/site/htdocs/stats/img/icons/
Images:icons abolute URL: http://stats.example.com/img/icons/
Images:roles abolute directory path: /home/some/path/site/htdocs/stats/img/roles/
Images:roles abolute URL: http://stats.example.com/img/roles/
Theme URL: http://stats.example.com/themes/
Themes Directory: /home/some/path/site/htdocs/stats/themes
Give all the directories and URL exactly, and you are done with all the work.
